Just got an email from Alexander announcing that he has just released version 1.4 of Magic Article Submitter. This new version has 3 major new features that I wanted to highlight:
ArticleFriendly script support – As you know, previous versions of Magic Article Submitter database included article directories powered by the ArticleDashboard script. ArticleFriendly is one of the most popular article directory scripts on the market these days, and including support for it in MAS is going to increase the exposure of our articles significantly. This new version of MAS has added 300 of these ArticleFriendly directories to the database and it looks like more will be added in the near feature.
Alexander has also gone through the existing article directories in the MAS database and cleaned out all of the dead sites. All told, there are now 1000 live article directories that Magic Article Submitter is able to submit to.
Support for any IMAP mail service – One of my favorite features of MAS is the automatic email verification. Previous versions only included GMail IMAP support, but now you can use any mail service that supports IMAP. Some article directories don’t allow free email services like GMail to register with, so this allows you to get around these restrictions.
Check Publishing Status Improvements – First, Magic Article Submitter now has clickable links in the Check Publishing Status window so you can verify for yourself that your article has really been published. Second, you can now export a report of your published article links as an Excel file or HTML file. If you are submitting articles on behalf of clients, I expect that you will find this feature to be very useful.
If you are a currently Magic Article Submitter user, definitely upgrade your copy right away and take advantage of the newly added article directories and the other improvements. Alexander is always doing a great job improving his software so I can’t wait to see what he comes up with next.
